If a customer is not satisfied with their order or the overall service at Loyal Pharmacy, they can contact one of our representatives and ask for a full refund in the next thirty days after their purchase has been completed. They can also cancel their order, but only before it ships. Otherwise, we cannot accept returns for medicines. Likewise, delivery is guaranteed to arrive on time. If a package does not reach its destination, or does so incomplete, you can demand a partial of full refund, or you can have your order re-shipped without further cost to you.

Even though we trust in the quality of the service that we provide, we also understand that the customer is the only one who can decide whether they are truly satisfied or not, and in consequence, they should be at liberty to have the entirety of their money back, should they feel the least bit disappointed with their purchase.
